Flight: Vaillons, Naudet 14, S. Billaud 17 & Dauvissat 18 Thank you for the great wines @schnabbuliert, without P. Loup Butteaux, the tasting would be incomplete. The very last flight highlight of the day for me. We started with @moreau_naudets Vaillons 2014. Quite charming and elegant. Textbook Chablis. It's delicate, saline and floral. The fruitiness is still very youthful. Billauds Vailllons, 2017, is such a pretty wine! Austere and mineral. Unfortunately, this one didn't find enough space to shine next to Naudet. Who thinks 2018 sucks in Chablis (that's me!) must drink this one: Dauvissat 2018 Vaillons. Textured so beautifully...
