Rheinromantik with Stellas. 2016 Rosso di Montalcino from @stelladicampalto is an extremely pretty Sangiovese. Fruitiness and savoury character in perfect balance. Tight structure, balanced acidity, packed with finesse. Dried flowers and spices, so attractive on the nose. Bigger, bolder and definitely more complex than her 2014 Rosso. Same breed tho. Refined. Subtle hints of leather, light tobacco and baked bread. Typical Sangiovese tomatoes-leafs on the nose and palate.
