@ristorantelamartinatica , last stop before living on Baguettes. I may be considered one of the most unpleasant guests because of what I eat, or rather what I don’t eat. Hence, I raise my L’Horizon to their communation skills. Rose 2021, Domaine L’Horizon : Old vines, low yield (around 10-11 hl). Starts a bit restless, probably too young. It has a beautiful lean structure. This vintage has more acidity and salinity. Serious and superb food wine. #pietrasanta #cotescatalanes #roussillon
