A testament to on-limit winemaking: careful and exceptional integration of old 400-liter barrels… Old vines… Exceptional viticulture. Lace-like finesse. The result is a wine with full of character and intense energy. Drinking it, you realize how Albariño can be more than a reliable and enjoyable but run-of-the-mill white. This Galician pushes way beyond that. Yes, in my head the quest goes on with thoughts like ‘If only this wine had this or that.’ But in this case, everything is there, and even more besides.
